Job summary

Holland Roofing is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to support our Cleveland RMM (Service) division. This hands-on role involves diagnosing and repairing commercial roof leaks across Cleveland, leading a small crew while also performing necessary repairs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial roofing service, a valid driver's license, and a strong safety awareness. The position includes a rotation for on-call service and offers competitive pay based on verified experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs & diagnostics).
• Prior Service Foreman or Lead Service Technician experience preferred.
• Proven ability to locate and repair leaks without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks across Cleveland.
• Perform service work on multiple roofing systems.
• Lead and train 1-2 service crew members while remaining hands-on.
