Job summary

Holland Roofing in Ohio seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to support its Cleveland RMM (Service) division. This hands-on role leads a small crew (1-2) while diagnosing and repairing leaks on active commercial roofs across the state.

The position covers a range of systems and requires strong safety awareness and independent problem-solving. Travel is primarily local with occasional overnight in-state travel; on-call rotation and OSHA compliance are part of the expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience.
• Proven ability to locate and repair leaks without supervision.
• Experience on multiple roofing systems, including metal.
• Comfortable on low-slope and pitched roofs.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair leaks across Cleveland.
• Lead and train 1-2 service crew members while remaining hands-on.
• Perform inspections, document conditions, and develop repair scopes.
• Take-offs and identify additional service or repair opportunities.
• Communicate with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Document inspections and repairs using mobile service applications.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response.
• Maintain OSHA and fall-protection compliance.
