Eskola, LLC in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Account Administrator to join our in-person team. You will act as the main liaison for clients on service requests, schedule and dispatch technicians, and manage work orders to ensure accurate documentation and timely service delivery.

Requirements include 2+ years in service coordination or customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with service management software and Microsoft

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients on service requests, updates, and follow-ups.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
• Create and manage work orders, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Allocate equipment, materials, and manpower for service jobs, and track inventory used.
• Review completed work orders, prepare invoices, and communicate costs and payment terms to customers.
