Job summary

Eskola, LLC's Knoxville, Tennessee branch is seeking a motivated Superintendent to lead foremen and crews in safe, productive commercial roofing installations. You will oversee all aspects of new roof production and reroofing to meet company and project goals, while representing the company professionally in dealings with customers and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to coordinate on-site activities, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing; superintendent/management experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal).
• Strong background in safety management, OSHA standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and oversee large-scale roofing projects.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing foremen to perform work safely and productively per specifications and company/customer standards.
• Manage all aspects of new roof production and reroofing to meet goals.
• Represent the company professionally in dealings with customers, personnel, and the public.
• Provide leadership to foremen, fostering safety, teamwork, and discipline.
• Ensure crews have information/instructions to complete jobs; submit timely reports to office; review change orders.
• Visit job sites daily; conduct safety audits; engage with customers and project managers to address concerns.
