Flynn Group of Companies in Portland, OR, is seeking an Account Manager for our Service Division, Commercial Roofing. You will cultivate relationships with building owners, property managers, and national accounts, coordinating repair and maintenance projects.

The role emphasizes networking at events, collaboration with the national team, and presenting Flynn’s roofing services to clients. You’ll plan meetings, respond to leads, and help grow the local presence.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Prior Commercial SALES experience with property managers or building owners is required.
• Experienced in using role-specific software including Bluebeam/AutoCAD, Project, etc.
• Clear understanding of contract documents.

Responsabilités

• Grow and build Roofing Service business through networking events and client engagement.
• Collaborate with National team to build local presence and relationships with national clients.
• Plan and attend client meetings at locations aligned with client interests.
• Promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels.
