Flynn Group of Companies in Redmond, OR is seeking an Account Manager for the Commercial Roofing Service division. This role focuses on developing relationships with building owners, property managers, and national clients, coordinating service delivery and growing the roofing service business.

You will attend networking events, manage quotes follow-ups, and collaborate with local and national teams to promote Flynn's services. The position is onsite with full-time commitment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial sales, preferably with property managers or building owners.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Familiarity with contract documents and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Roofing Service business through networking and events, including evenings/weekends.

We have an amazing opportunity for an Account Manager with the Service Division, Commercial Roofing

This key position will act as an Account Manager for new and existing clients (related to Roofing Repairs and Maintenance with Commercial Buildings). This position is responsible for being an integral component of the Service Division through networking and building relationships with Building Owners, Property Managers (and Property Management Companies) and Business owners, through networking events including Tradeshows, BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and IFMA (International Facility Management Association) meetings, cold calling and following up on warm leads.

Responsibilities:

• Help grow and build our Roofing Service business through association and networking events, dinners, sporting events, which may require evenings and weekends
• Work with National team to build local presence and assist in local relationships with national clients
• Regular follow-up on quotes
• Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
• Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn's brand and services through marketing and social media channels

Here’s what you bring to the table:

• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Prior Commercial SALES experience required - preferably with Property Mgrs, Bldg/Bus. Owners
• Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role, including Bluebeam/AutoCAD, Project, etc.
• Clear understanding of contract documents
