Job summary

Heritage Construction Co., LLC is seeking driven sales professionals to develop a roofing and insurance restoration business in the Fort Worth and North Texas market. Expect face-to-face homeowner interactions, door-to-door prospecting, and a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You’ll be trained for 90 days with base pay, per-claim bonuses, and commissions, plus unlimited upside as you grow with the market. Fort Worth area offers strong local opportunities and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Driven to succeed with a competitive, motivated mindset.
• People person who can approach homeowners and build trust face-to-face.
• Willing to work outdoors in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• Coachable and able to follow a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Pipeline: Visit neighborhoods, knock doors, and create conversations with homeowners.
• Find Opportunities: Look for potential storm and hail damage and help homeowners understand what you discover.
• Educate Homeowners: Explain roofing options, the restoration process, and what they can expect from start to finish.
• Be the Homeowner's Advocate: Help customers navigate the insurance claim process and keep their project moving.
• Close & Build Relationships: Turn qualified opportunities into completed projects while delivering a great customer experience.
