Black Crown Construction in the Oklahoma City metro is looking for a producing Roofing Sales Team Lead who can close deals, recruit talent, and lead a small field team while continuing to sell.

This is a commission-only role with no base salary and no cap, offering an earnings path from about $150K to $350K+ personally, plus a written path to Sales Manager and potential vehicle support as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Proven roofing or restoration close rate.
• Experience building and leading a sales team.
• Ability to recruit and mentor reps.
• Comfort with commission-only pay structures.
