Job summary

SRS Building Products is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the sales process, handle orders, respond to inquiries, and provide administrative support. The role partners with Territory Managers, supports 30+ accounts monthly, and emphasizes customer service and market insights.

The position is office-based in a hybrid environment with occasional travel; requires 2+ years in sales support, strong communication, and experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in sales support; building material distribution experience preferred.
• Experience in residential roofing product sales to local contractors is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, delivery, and order status.
• Process and manage sales orders and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
• Provide administrative support, including reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Partner with Territory Managers to support 30+ active accounts monthly and meet sales goals.
• Make outbound sales calls daily and document insights in CRM.
