Vision Roof Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Inspector in Palm Desert, CA to manage leads, inspect roofs, document conditions, prepare estimates, and close residential/commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of roofing sales or related construction experience, with strong knowledge of various roofing systems and a proven closing ability. You will collaborate with marketing, scheduling, estimating, and production teams, guiding customers from inspection to signed

Competenze

Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in roofing sales, roof inspections, estimating, or related construction sales.
Direct residential and commercial roofing experience strongly preferred.
Strong roofing knowledge across tile, shingle, flat roofing, SPF, coatings, and commercial roofing applications.
Ability to inspect roof systems safely, identify deficiencies, document conditions, and develop appropriate recommendations.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships, present proposals, follow up consistently, and close deals.
Experience preparing accurate construction estimates using established pricing structures and scope-of-work guidelines.
Comfortable using AccuLynx or comparable CRM software, mobile apps, digital photography, and estimating tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

Conduct comprehensive residential and commercial roof inspections to assess conditions and identify damage.
Perform on-site measurements, take detailed photographs, and document inspection findings.
Prepare clear, detailed inspection notes and reports within AccuLynx and other systems.
Meet established sales goals, follow-up expectations, and performance standards.
Present inspection findings, explain recommended solutions, and guide customers through available options.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, negotiate when appropriate, and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, estimates, and sales activity in the CRM.
Coordinate with marketing, scheduling, estimating, and production teams for seamless handoffs.
