Job summary

Willis Roofing in Wilmington and Southport, NC, is seeking a Project & Sales Manager to oversee repair crews, coordinate projects, and drive sales with company-provided leads.

You will communicate with clients throughout repairs and replacements, educate homeowners on roofing systems and warranties, and coordinate with adjusters to initiate insurance-related jobs while maintaining an up-to-date CRM and schedules. The role offers growth and training with a clear base pay plus commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-qualified lead overflow projects provided by the company—no cold calling required.
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, warranties, and available grant programs.
• Build rapport and trust with prospects to guide them through the sales cycle.
• Initiate insurance-related jobs and coordinate with adjusters when needed.
• Collaborate with the admin team to keep the CRM and sales pipeline updated and schedules accurate.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Represent Willis Roofing as a professional, knowledgeable brand ambassador.
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge.

What We Offer

Base Pay & Commission: $3,000/month base + 5% commission

• Earnings Potential: Typical first year $60k$75k+ (no cap on commissions)
• Pre-Qualified Leads: Company-provided leads so you canfocus on selling, not prospecting
