Job summary

Omari Construction Group is seeking high-energy roofing sales professionals for full-time roles in the Wadsworth, OH area. You will run company-provided leads, meet homeowners, inspect roofs, and educate clients on roofing solutions to close deals.

Earn uncapped commissions with no income ceiling; top reps exceed $120K–$220K+ annually. Company-provided leads plus mentorship, growth opportunities, and on-site training support your success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of in-home sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, or similar industries).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and your own vehicle.
• Comfortable carrying a ladder and safely walking residential roofs.

Responsibilities
