You'll report to the team, engage homeowners, overcome objections, and use CRM to track activity while aiming to exceed goals and advance within the company.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to be promoted within our team to become a van manager. As a van manager, you will be responsible for planning drops, finding territory, running morning meetings, walking neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and setting up appointments for inspections. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, communication, the ability to overcome objections, and a genuine desire to help people in the community. We are seeking individuals who are team-oriented, eager to learn, and have a hunger for success.

What You’ll Do as a Canvasser Van Manager
