Job summary

Omari Construction is seeking a driven Insurance Restoration Sales Specialist to develop client relationships, close restoration deals, and promote Omari’s services across residential and commercial sectors.

This full-time role offers unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions, tiered bonuses, a company vehicle, and a growth‑focused culture that rewards initiative.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (construction or related industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities.
• Physically able to carry a ladder and walk on roofs.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Close high-value insurance restoration sales and manage admin days.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate repairs and claim assistance as needed.
• Proactively generate new business through networking and referrals.

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Insurance Restoration Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with clients, closing sales on insurance restoration projects, and promoting Omari’s trusted services throughout the community.

What You’ll Do as an Insurance Restoration Sales Specialist

• Close sales on high-value insurance restoration, have designated admin days


• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients


• Itels, repairs, and anything else needed for claim assistance


• Proactively generate new business through networking and referrals


• Promote Omari’s services across residential and commercial sectors


• Stay current on industry trends to provide top-tier client support


• Conduct inspections, carry a ladder, and can get around in your own vehicle
