Field Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, engage with prospects, and sell the company's products and services.
• Create compelling sales pitches that are aligned with the target client’s industry.
• Meet personal and team sales goals and targets.
• Manage sales pipeline properly within company CRM.
• Conduct scheduled in-person visits with potential customers to perform roof inspections and estimate duties, including accessing roofs as needed, taking photos, measurements, and notes to prepare accurate project estimates.
• During the initial probationary period, Sales Representatives will utilize their personal vehicle for travel to job sites and inspections. A company-provided ladder will be issued, and vehicles should be reasonably suited for transporting equipment (ladder) and completing daily field visits. A company vehicle will be provided after successful completion of the probationary period.

100% Commissions (3 weeks of paid training/Paid w2 hourly at minimum wage)
