Job summary

Lagunas Roofing is seeking high-energy Field Sales Consultants to generate leads, engage prospects, and close deals for premium roofing products and services. You’ll visit potential customers, perform roof inspections, and prepare accurate estimates with our CRM support.

You’ll start with paid training and a Commission-based pay plan with earnings up to six figures. Travel-heavy role with company truck after proven sales and opportunities for advancement in a growth-focused company that values

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, engage with prospects, and sell the company's products and services.
• Create compelling sales pitches that are aligned with the target client’s industry.
• Meet personal and team sales goals and targets.
• Manage sales pipeline properly within company CRM.
• Conduct scheduled in-person visits with potential customers to perform roof inspections and estimate duties, including accessing roofs as needed, taking photos, measurements, and notes to prepare accurate project estimates.
• During the probationary period, utilize personal vehicle for travel to job sites and inspections; company-provided ladder and vehicle after probation.

Field Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, engage with prospects, and sell the company's products and services.
• Create compelling sales pitches that are aligned with the target client’s industry.
• Meet personal and team sales goals and targets.
• Manage sales pipeline properly within company CRM.
• Conduct scheduled in-person visits with potential customers to perform roof inspections and estimate duties, including accessing roofs as needed, taking photos, measurements, and notes to prepare accurate project estimates.
• During the initial probationary period, Sales Representatives will utilize their personal vehicle for travel to job sites and inspections. A company-provided ladder will be issued, and vehicles should be reasonably suited for transporting equipment(ladder) and completing daily field visits. A company vehicle will be provided after successful completion of the probationary period.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year potential

On the road and able to come into Des Pere, MO office for Sales Meeting and whenever needed.
