You’ll receive $600 training pay for four weeks and weekly pay with uncapped commissions; top performers earn six figures. This role is outdoors and involves door-to-door canvassing, with opportunities for significant growth.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement or related industries preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
• Proven sales track record preferred.
• Door-to-door canvassing is a daily requirement.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Comfortable working outdoors and able to climb ladders for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect neighborhoods, especially after storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure scheduling and completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
