Responsibilities

• Running appointments and closing deals with homeowners (training provided)
• Performing roof inspections, measurements, and photo documentation
• Building estimates and proposals using ServiceTitan
• Presenting options, handling objections, and asking for the sale
• Collecting deposits and completing paperwork accurately
• Handing off sold jobs to production with complete notes and organized job folders
• Following up on leads, pipeline, referrals, and realtor relationships
• Working quickly and covering weekend appointments when available

Qualifications

• Self‑motivated, coachable, and able to meet performance measures
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable working in the field and in heat
• Growth mindset and abundance mentality
• Tech‑friendly (iPad, CRM, call review tools)
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Roofing or home improvement experience a plus, but not required
• Clean driving record
• Background check clearance
• Reliable and professional
• Availability to attend daily morning kickoff meetings in Tampa Bay area
