Job Description

Title: Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Plano, TX (DFW Metro)

Type: Full-time, In-Office (1099 Contractor)

Compensation: $60,000 - $185,000 per year: (Base pay up to $5,000/month + Commission)

Rivertop Roofing is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives to help homeowners navigate storm restoration and roof replacements. We offer training, support, and a strong path for advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct neighborhood lead generation through door knocking, networking, and digital marketing
• Perform on-site property inspections and document project details
• Present damage assessments and roofing solutions
• Support customers through their insurance restoration process
• Attend daily team check-ins and training at our Plano office
  
  

Compensation & Growth

• Base pay up to $5,000/month (based on hitting sales quotas)
• Commission structure based on closed deals
• Earnings range from $60K–$185K depending on performance
• Structured career path with opportunities to move into sales leadership roles
  
  

You Might Be a Good Fit If You’ve Worked In:

• Hospitality (servers, hotel staff)

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus but not required

We serve the DFW metro from our Plano office, and this role includes in-person meetings and active field engagement. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to obtain the required permits for this position.
