What you'll do:

• Manage High-Intent Leads: Handle organization-generated leads (R3-Direct Repair) efficiently to drive conversions and growth.
• Property Inspections: Conduct thorough roof and property inspections for insurance carriers and deliver professional repair recommendations.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage your pipeline from contract to close, ensuring a steady flow of projects.
• Deployment Ready: Travel as needed for CAT events or market shifts. Be proactive and adaptable.
• Lead Generation: When lead volume is low, proactively create opportunities through prospecting and self-generation.

What It Takes:

• 2+ years as a Property Insurance Adjuster or 3-5 years in Insurance Restoration
• 2-3+ years in direct sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals
• Advanced skills in property damage assessment and roof inspections (8/12 pitch and above)
• A proactive mindset with strong relationship-building and communication skills
• The ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure, dynamic environments

Bonus if you have experience with both organization-provided and self-generated leads and a thorough understanding of insurance claims and restoration processes.
