Mast Roofing in Oley, PA is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to drive new business with homeowners and local business owners. The role offers a strong earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package, plus company-provided tools and training.

As part of a 28+ year-old local business, you will conduct 8-10 homeowner appointments weekly, demonstrate products, inspect roofs, and prepare on-site proposals using our estimating software.

Day in the Life of a Roofing Sales Representative

• Conduct 8-10 weekly appointments with homeowners and business leaders
• Demonstrate products to potential clients
• Perform detailed roof & attic inspections
• Prepare detailed proposal on-site using company-provided estimating software
• Emphasize product/service features & benefits, quote a price, & present financing options
• Expect & Overcome objections
• Maintain a professional image & carry yourself in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean vehicle
• Update appropriate sales data & paperwork daily
