Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of roofing construction experience.
• 1 year of crew leadership experience preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing and performing construction tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• On-site leader and primary point of contact for each project.
• Coordinate labor, materials, schedules and jobsite operations to stay on time and within budget.

Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley, PA is seeking a full‑time Roofing Project Manager / Foreman to lead residential and light commercial roofing projects throughout Berks County, PA and surrounding areas with precision, accountability, and efficiency. This full‑time position requires a flexible schedule and is for someone who is motivated to work 45–55 hours per week.
