Job summary

Mast Roofing & Construction, Inc is seeking a friendly customer service representative to talk with clients on the phone and help them with service appointments.

You will answer incoming calls, follow a script to collect information, enter data into our system, and schedule service calls and estimates. We offer $18/hr+, bonuses, paid holidays, IRA match and comprehensive benefits, with work in Allentown and Reading areas around Oley, PA.

What would I be doing?

• Answering incoming calls
• Following a script when asking questions to make sure we get all the information we need
• Entering information into our computer program
• Scheduling clients for service calls and estimates
• Making outbound calls to confirm appointments
