Heritage Roofing & Construction in Seguin, TX is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative who will serve as a trusted advisor and project manager from start to finish. No roofing experience is required; we provide 90 days of paid training and ongoing coaching in a high-energy, results-driven environment.

After training, transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan with earnings potential quoted as $100,000-$150,000 in the first year and $500,000+ for top performers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for home visits.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach and referrals.
• Manage projects from inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience while meeting sales goals.
