Prowest Roofing and Restoration is seeking motivated individuals for a Door-to-Door Sales/Project Manager role across Arizona. This commission-only position offers uncapped earning potential and the chance to own both sales and project execution from lead to completion.

You will generate leads, present roofing solutions, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery while coordinating with installation teams. Training is provided to develop selling and project-management skills.

Competenze

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Basic understanding of roofing or construction is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Lead generation: conduct door-to-door sales in targeted neighborhoods to identify potential customers.
• Sales presentations: educate homeowners and businesses about roofing services, conduct roof inspections, and provide estimates.
• Customer relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients for trust and satisfaction.
• Project oversight: act as primary contact for customers during the project lifecycle, coordinating with installation teams and ensuring timely completion.
