West Coast Roofing seeks an energetic sales professional to manage and grow a book of business in the Tucson area. You will run company-provided leads, conduct inspections and professional estimates, and close deals while building referral networks and neighbor leads.

This 1099, commission-based role rewards performance with uncapped earning potential. You will leverage AccuLynx and ReferPro, perform door knocks on active sites, and log every interaction to drive monthly closed revenue of

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience required; any industry acceptable, demonstrate selling ability.
• Prior roofing sales experience is a plus; tell us if you have sold roofing before.
• Hands-on roofing production experience with 2+ years may be considered even without formal sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Run company-provided leads — inspect, estimate, present, and close.
• Build and deliver Good/Better/Best estimates using AccuLynx CRM.
• Follow up consistently on all open prospects using a structured cadence (3/6/10).
• Door knock active job sites to generate neighbor leads.
• Build relationships with referral sources — real estate agents, insurance agents, property managers.
• Log everything in AccuLynx — leads, estimates, communication, status updates.
• Hit $100,000 in monthly closed residential revenue.
