Qualifications

• Field sales experience is preferred, especially door-to-door or roofing related.
• Willingness to work in the field, on roofs, in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication, grit, urgency, and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through referrals, networking, and strategic door knocking.
• Inspect roofs and identify storm and retail opportunities.
• Walk homeowners through the insurance or sales process.
• Close deals and manage projects from start to finish.
• Stay consistent, follow up, and build your pipeline.
