Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding across DFW and seeking motivated sales professionals to drive roofing projects from initial contact to completion. No roofing experience is required; we provide paid training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

You will canvass, build relationships in storm-affected neighborhoods, guide homeowners through insurance claims, and oversee crews to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required; paid training provided.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a pickup truck (or obtain one within 60 days).
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Excellent communication, resilience, and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Canvass and build relationships with homeowners.
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods to educate homeowners.
• Inspect and educate homeowners on restoration options.
• Identify storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims from inspection to approval.
• Help customers navigate the insurance process and approvals.
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish with strong customer service.
• Build your sales pipeline and generate referrals in your territory.
