Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking a Sales & Project Manager – Roofing Sales in Dallas to lead home exterior sales, build relationships with homeowners, and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.

No roofing experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and a fast-paced commission-based environment with uncapped earnings.

The role emphasizes canvassing, educating homeowners on restoration, guiding insurance claims, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and coachable with a competitive drive.
• Excellent communication skills for homeowners and teams.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and access to a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Canvass and build relationships with homeowners.
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.
• Inspect roofs and educate homeowners on restoration options.
• Identify storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims from inspection to approval.
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish with strong customer service.
• Build your pipeline and generate referrals in your territory.
