Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in negotiating and closing sales.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven sales experience is preferred but not required — we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new sales opportunities through self-generated leads, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and networking.
• Conduct residential roof and exterior inspections.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their property and recommended solutions.
• Prepare quotes for roof, siding, and exterior replacement projects.
• Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Manage projects from initial inspection through contract signing.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
