The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading, fast-growing roofing company to identify motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join their Rosemont, IL team. This is a high-income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
• W-2 or 1099 opportunities available based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and generate new business.
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided).
• Guide customers through the insurance and sales process.
• Close deals and manage your sales pipeline.
• Build referrals and develop repeat business.
