Job summary

Moss Roofing in Indianapolis seeks a Roofing Sales Professional to manage a personal book of business, guide homeowners through inspections, estimates and insurance claims. This hybrid role blends sales, project management, and customer education with uncapped earning potential.

You’ll self-generate leads, close opportunities, and collaborate with teams to deliver exterior replacement projects. A driver’s license is required, and paid training is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable with residential roof inspections and field work.
• Ability to guide homeowners through inspections, estimates and insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new sales opportunities through self-generated leads and referrals.
• Conduct residential roof and exterior inspections.
• Educate homeowners on property condition and recommended solutions.
• Prepare quotes for roof, siding, and exterior replacement projects.
• Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Manage projects from inspection to contract signing and follow-up.
