Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking driven salespeople to join our roofing team. No roofing or sales experience is required—we’ll teach you everything and support you as you build your client base.

You’ll inspect roofs, prepare estimates, and close deals with homeowners and property managers, earning uncapped commissions with weekly bonuses and room to grow into commercial opportunities. Great outdoor work, weekly earnings potential 50k-150k, training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn — roofing or sales background not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs and give homeowners a straight answer on what's really going on up there.
• Turn findings into clear, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Build relationships with homeowners and property managers and close the deal.
• Keep your pipeline warm with consistent, timely follow-up.
• Explain roofing systems in plain English, no jargon.
• Hand off cleanly to production and installation crews.
