Job summary

Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to join our nationwide team and drive new business in storm-affected areas. You will conduct home inspections, explain roofing options, and guide homeowners through the insurance claim process with the support of our experienced team.

Training pays $600 for four weeks, with weekly pay and uncapped commissions for high performers. The role offers growth opportunities and a fast-paced, outdoor field environment requiring a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred). Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and able to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
