Tremco Roofing and WTI is seeking an Outside Sales Associate in Miami, FL. You will join a high-growth sales team in the construction arena, receiving comprehensive hands-on training over 18–24 months and traveling within the assigned territory to build a strong client base.

The role offers a base salary with strong commission potential, excellent training, and opportunities for advancement, plus a full benefits package and a path to a long-term career in building materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1–4 years of sales experience.
• Former athletes encouraged to apply.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and multi-tasking ability.
• Willing to participate in a year-long training program.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Goal oriented and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months of hands-on training.
• Travel within the assigned territory to develop relationships and close deals.
