Tremco Roofing and WTI is seeking an Outside Sales Associate in Miami, FL. You will join a high-growth sales team in the construction arena, receiving comprehensive hands-on training over 18–24 months and traveling within the assigned territory to build a strong client base.

The role offers a base salary with strong commission potential, excellent training, and opportunities for advancement, plus a full benefits package and a path to a long-term career in building materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1–4 years of sales experience.

Outside Sales Associate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales.

Job Functions:

• As part of the program, you will be partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for a period of 18 - 24 months to assist you in your comprehensive, hands-on training. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
