Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to join North America’s leading roofing maintenance team. You’ll work in a fast-growing construction sales environment, traveling within the assigned territory, start with hands-on training.

The role offers base salary with strong commission potential, full health benefits, 401(k) plan, pension, and opportunities for advancement. A year-long training program is provided to develop sales skills and product knowledge;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales.
• Must have a valid drivers’ license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to participate in a year-long training program.

Responsibilities

• Partner with an experienced Sales Representative for 18–24 months of hands-on training.
• Travel within the assigned territory.
