Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated Roofing & Construction Sales Reps to make a tangible impact in the community. You’ll generate leads, conduct roof assessments, and guide homeowners through claims, while building lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates are driven, coachable, and ready to work in a fast-paced field environment. Base pay with commissions and strong earning potential are offered, along with health-related benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be comfortable with heights
• Experience in project management or coordinating home improvement projects
• Strong focus on customer service and network building
• Sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through field activities
• Inspect roofs and guide homeowners through claims process
• Build and maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Meet sales targets and collaborate with the team to drive performance
