Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction in Texas is seeking ambitious Home Improvement Sales Consultants to build a high-income career through door-to-door prospecting and homeowner visits. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and experienced leadership support your success.

There is no roofing experience required. You must be self-motivated, persuasive, and comfortable working with homeowners and at heights. A valid license and potentially a pickup truck are needed.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and coachable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pickup truck required or obtainable within 60 days.
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights.
• Sales and project management experience are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Meet homeowners and perform roof inspections.
• Identify storm-related damage and assist with insurance claims.
• Build relationships and generate referral business.
• Manage sales pipeline and work toward goals.
• Coordinate with adjusters, customers, and production teams.
