Heritage Roofing & Construction in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to act as a trusted advisor and project manager from start to finish. No roofing experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

During 90 days of paid training, you’ll earn base pay plus bonuses. After training, transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan with realistic first-year earnings of $100,000–$150,000 and top performers earning $500,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach and referrals.
• Manage each project from inspection to final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-schedule work.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the process
