Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding in San Antonio and surrounding areas, seeking motivated, competitive people for a field-based outside sales and project coordination role with paid training, uncapped commissions, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. No roofing experience is required.

We'll teach you the industry, the sales process, and how to manage residential roofing projects from start to finish, with strong earning potential and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset for field sales.
• Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships.
• Coachable and willing to learn best practices in roofing sales.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of independent field work.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting.
• Meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods and conduct roof inspections.
• Identify and document potential storm damage and educate homeowners on insurance restoration.
• Coordinate roofing projects from inspection through completion and maintain customer relationships.
