Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Manager in Training for the North San Antonio and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building leadership while continuing field production and developing a high-performing sales team.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year roofing sales experience, knowledge of storm restoration, and are motivated by a leadership trajectory with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience.
• Residential storm restoration experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate business.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate residential roofing and restoration opportunities.
• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage.
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process.
• Manage projects from inspection through completion.
• Recruit and onboard new sales representatives.
• Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs.
• Develop new team members and lead through personal production.
• Help build Heritage’s North San Antonio sales team.
