This field-based role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, and a path to leadership, with no roofing experience required. Earn $100,000+ in your first year, with top performers reaching $250,000–$300,000+.

You’ll educate homeowners on insurance restoration and coordinate projects from inspection to completion. Build a high-income career in the San Antonio area with mentorship and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door or field sales is a plus.
• Ability to meet homeowners and communicate effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting.
• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Conduct roof and property inspections.
• Identify and document potential storm damage.
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process.
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed.
• Coordinate roofing projects from inspection through completion.
• Build customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Deliver a strong customer experience.
