Qualifications

• Experience in roofing estimation and sales, with ability to prepare proposals.
• Knowledge of residential roofing systems and repairs.
• Ability to read plans and measurements; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and contractors to review roofing, repair, gutter, and specialty projects.
• Inspect existing conditions, take measurements, photos, and notes for estimates.
• Review plans and project specifications when needed.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Explain proposed work and answer customer questions.
• Follow up on estimates and communicate with customers throughout the process.
• Work with the office and production team as accepted projects move forward.
• Identify additional work or changes in scope as projects progress.
• Keep job notes, photos, and customer information up to date.
