Job summary

Northline Roofing, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a New Construction Sales Representative / Estimator to manage and grow our new construction business. You will start with an existing book of business and active opportunities from day one, taking care of accounts, estimating projects, and driving growth across the book.

You will build relationships with builders and general contractors, review plans, complete takeoffs, submit bids, and coordinate awarded projects with our operations team while

Full-Time

Northline Roofing is looking for a New Construction Sales Representative / Estimator to manage and grow our new construction business.

This is a unique opportunity because you will not be starting from scratch. This position will receive an existing book of business, established customer relationships, and active opportunities from day one.

Your job will be to take great care of those accounts, accurately estimate projects, win new work, and continue growing the book of business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow an existing book of new construction accounts


• Build relationships with builders, general contractors, and developers


• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work


• Complete roofing takeoffs and estimates


• Prepare and submit proposals and bids


• Follow up on outstanding bids and opportunities


• Develop new accounts and business opportunities


• Maintain accurate pricing and margin standards

What We’re Looking For
