Job summary

Northline Roofing, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a New Construction Sales Representative / Estimator to manage and grow our new construction business. You will start with an existing book of business and active opportunities from day one, taking care of accounts, estimating projects, and driving growth across the book.

You will build relationships with builders and general contractors, review plans, complete takeoffs, submit bids, and coordinate awarded projects with our operations team while

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on pricing accuracy.
• Experience in construction, estimating, home services, or B2B sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing book of new construction accounts.
• Build relationships with builders, general contractors, and developers.
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Complete roofing takeoffs and estimates.
• Prepare and submit proposals and bids.
• Follow up on outstanding bids and opportunities.
• Develop new accounts and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pricing and margin standards.
• Coordinate awarded projects with our operations team.
• Maintain an organized sales and estimating pipeline.
