Job summary

Quick Roofing LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks a Roofing Sales Consultant to generate new business in the field, conduct roof inspections, and guide homeowners through insurance claims. You’ll close sales, build relationships, and coordinate with project managers to keep jobs on track.

Training is provided with $600 training pay; uncapped commissions offer earning potential from six figures for top performers. Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong communication, public speaking confidence,

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
• Proven track record in sales (preferred).
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
