Job summary

Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to work in the field with homeowners, perform inspections, and guide them through the insurance claims process with the backing of a powerhouse team. You will generate new business, prospect in storm-affected neighborhoods, prepare estimates, and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Top performers can earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually with paid training, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions as part of a nationwide leader

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or related sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing on a daily basis.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially after storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you’ll be out in the field connecting with homeowners, performing inspections, and navigating them through the claims process with the support of a powerhouse team behind you.

Compensation

We offer $600 four weeks of Training Pay and weekly pay plus uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
