Job summary

Quick Roofing in Texas is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to join our nationwide leader. You’ll be out in the field with homeowners, performing inspections, and guiding them through the claims process with the support of a powerhouse team.

Top performers can earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually. We offer $600 four weeks of Training Pay and weekly pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training and ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Public speaking and presentations abilities.
• Proven sales track record (preferred).
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
