The Role

As an Outside Roofing Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout Arizona, identifying roofing needs, presenting solutions, and guiding customers through the process of protecting and improving their homes.

You'll take an active role in developing new business, building relationships, conducting customer consultations, managing your sales pipeline, and closing high-value roofing projects.

This is a performance-driven, face-to-face sales position that offers significant autonomy and earning potential. You'll have the opportunity to develop valuable sales skills, work alongside an experienced team, and grow your income based on your individual performance.

Your first month will focus heavily on training, learning the roofing industry, developing your sales approach, and gaining confidence in the field. During this time, you'll receive $750 per week in paid training compensation (approximately $3,000 total) before transitioning into the commission-based compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, in-person homeowner engagement, and relationship building.
• Connect with homeowners to identify potential roofing needs and opportunities.
• Conduct customer consultations and educate homeowners on available roofing solutions.
• Present project recommendations, communicate value, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Build, maintain, and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective customers.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and convert qualified opportunities into closed sales.
• Travel throughout assigned Arizona territories to develop business and meet with prospective customers.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and experienced team members to continuously improve sales strategies and performance.
• Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience from initial conversation through project handoff.

Requirements

No previous roofing or sales experience is required.

Compensation & Earning Potential

First Month – Paid Training

• $750 per week during the first four weeks of training.
• Approximately $3,000 in total training compensation.

Following Training – Uncapped Commission

After completing training, representatives transition into a commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential.

Based on current company‑provided production figures:

• Average First-Year Earning Potential: Approximately $175,000 annually.

Your compensation is directly tied to your individual sales performance, with no ceiling on commission earnings.
